My Imaginary Botanicals started out the day after 9/11. I wanted to do the opposite of what everyone witnessed; pictures that in some way celebrated the joy of life. Over time, these botanicals grew and morphed along with my fascination with a specific painting = Francois Boucher's Louise O'Murphy = with the lines of the botanicals following the same contours of her body.
